There has been several posts related to Windscreen Damage / Chips / Replacement etc. Today here the German TÜV Body (MOT) advised that Windscreens with damages should be checked out as this defect can affect the ADAS (Automatic Driver Assistance System). Windscreen-mounted ADAS cameras are critical to car safety systems. Calibration is always required after windscreen replacement.
