I'd check with the DVLA or like minded automotive body.
Maybe your car has been cloned, but if that were the case then any insurance company would have spotted it.

Car Dealer probably typed a digit incorrectly on the search site. Just one mistake in the details will throw up incorrect information. I'm sure DVLA will have details of any accident claims or your insurance company? Or the dealer is trying to pull a fast-one on you to get your vehicle cheaper?Glenn1961 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 16, 2020 5:54 pm Hi everyone your help in this problem will be much appreciated, I recently put my vehicle details to a car dealer to part exchange and he replied it was a cat c write off in feb 2017 I have had this vehicle from main dealer in sept2016 so I know this is not true, worried sick what do I do next?
