I've never paid the Congestion Charge.
I'm fortunate not to live near London, so on the rare occasion I go there it's on the train. I've also switched where possible from using the tube to using buses which besides making the journey more interesting involve much less walking through endless transit corridors and are cheaper! Google Maps tells me where to go...
