Someone suggested this to me...
The idea is that the world is going downwards, nose diving fast.
People will want to sell a lot more cars - to get money in pockets
People won't be buying either
What do you guys think?
Just wondering if I should put off for a few months
Don't need a new car - just sick and tired of the existing one!
Better to wait 3-4 months to buy a car

You might be right about waiting...I was watching a program the other day ( can't remember which one ) where a chap was saying there is a shortage of second hand cars ( less cars than the norm because no one is selling due to the current situation ) and the ones already for sale are commanding a higher price.

But somehow, seems the opposite - because no one is selling
Supply is low and prices go high?

I always buy a new car in mid December and get a good deal. My thoughts at the moment though are that many new and used cars will have been sitting around in fields in storage for the last 3 or 4 months and I wonder what affect that might have with regard to corrosion etc. I also found Carwow was an excellent way to buy a new car.

I've spent hours and hours oggling at Qashqai's for sale.
Prices are *definitely* going down.
The past 2 days, around 90 cars have been added for sale on autotrader.
