I have just got an email from Nissan.de (Germany) with information that they are making an offer to take off the the VAT Tax here on New Nissan Vehicles. This VAT was at 19% and has been reduced to 16%. The price below seems to have a few tricks. This is post is purely to inform what actions are happening here FYI and to show what’s around, not really sure if this is country related. Naturally more bartering needs to take place also regarding lower costs - Dave
This information might not be of any interest at all as it is German related but for instant there might well be a similar offer around in the UK for interested buyers.

Dave...something on it here which looks like a 2% drop on reduced VAT for domestic transport? Nissan reduce the car original price by a further 5%. Do German cars pay 7% VAT normally...thought that might be much higher than that? Its bloody 20% here
