Has anyone else had this problem? I have a 2017 Qashqai - yesterday the air-con stopped working. The local garage re-gassed but noticed there was a hole in the gas pipe caused by two pipes rubbing together. (Picture attached). Getting this fixed with parts and labour is going to cost about £400 including the £90 of new gas. It seems to me to be a massive design fault to have 2 pipes so close together they can rub a hole in each other? Does anyone else have this problem??

Welcome to this forum
As far as I know that's a new issue - the problems usually involve a faulty condensor.
