Be cautious, i was given quotes/offers via Carwow and its only when you take the enquiry forward do some dealers look to see if they actually have such a car to sell you. I guess if not, they'll try and sell you something they do have.

Just to add.
We ordered a new 1.5dci Tekna Magnetic red today.
Should be ready for collection at the end of the Month.

Dealer said there were issues with deliveries on the Tekna+ ( may be due to the upcoming upgrades ) but other models were fine.

I’ve just been told today that my order for the 1.3 auto Tekna + won’t be fulfilled as Nissan have discontinued it. They are re launching it as the QQ Sport. No further details at this moment in time!!

Vinny, are you in the UK ?. I think you might need to change your Dealer as the facts on this new “QQ Tekna +” Only model are just starting to surface. We are waiting to see one in the flesh.
The Sport for example is around as the older J11A model in the US. Please read the attachment and you will find all what you need or use “Search” as there are lot of facts here and several members have ordered this new model - Dave

Yes, I am in the UK. Below is what the dealer (Glyn Hopkin) emailed me yesterday.

The Tekna Sport is supposed to be a direct replacement for the Tekna + so I imagine it is going to have all of the same spec (Hopefully some new features as well!!). Nissan hasn't confirmed the exact specification as of yet. Unfortunately the diesel Tekna + are also showing back order. There has been no supply of the Tekna + Qashqai's for a while (which is why we were originally looking at a 2-3 month wait for the car in the first place). There hasn't been freely available stock for Tekna + since around november last year unfortunately.

Reading posts on here I was getting a bit concerned about buying the new reg 1.3 160ps N-Connecta in September, so I mailed the dealer to find out a bit of info and the reply was that they are currently on a 16 week back order but things could change.......sheesh. So now I don't know what to do.

I sometimes think the dealers make things up, to suite their own agenda. If there was a shortage of stock from last November, it never affected me.

As I’ve said before, mine only took 5 weeks from ordering to delivery in March.

Shannock, you appear to have the new Tekna +, but the problem now is there is a newer version planned (See pic) which has not been released but production Start was May. This is an updated version and could be called “Sport” which is another question, so the Tekna’s around at Dealers would appear to be older stock versions being offered at Nice discount prices - Dave
Try using “Search” if you need more facts on the Tekna !
