Started to do some mods on my 2009 QQ j10. Shark fin antena, started to black out all chrome parts with plastidip. In future black alu rims, some cheap android car radio (nothing special) with reverse camera for the wifey. Maybe some red on break calipers... Amblems are in state of finish. Need to remove plastidip from betwen the letters. If anybody wants to use plastidip feel feee to do so. Just spray many layers and do it thick. If you do not like it just pill it. It is very easy. Letters A and I are completly black it is only some reflection.

Plastidip done. All chrome pieces blacked out. Cleaned back sign/badge and QASHQAI letters. Allmost satisfied. Waiting for android radio and reverse camera. Thinking about disassemble headlights and installing led strips as daylight.

I came short for rear amblems. Qashqai and nissan on the back doors finished. Look beyond the dirt.

Looks like you have given your car a few scratches getting the plasticoat from inbetween the letters.
I would of removed them completely, maybe even purchased a new qashqai badge and then sprayed and applied to the car.
Trying to get all that excess off must of been a pain staking job

Unfortunately you sir are right. Not quality olasti dip enough with first time user equals scratches. I made them with a toothpick. When i started to peel plasti dip it tear into small pieces because there was not enough layes.

Added some DRL lights. Very satisfy for 10$.

Laki, just a simple question are these DRL’s (Std & Modified) allowed by the State in Serbia, as this is a modification to the Std Manufactured Nissan System - just interested Dave

You asked right question I dont know. I'm gona found out in december when i am going to need a new registration. If it is problem, gona ducktape it with a black tape and try to oass that way. But till then i think it's not gona be a problem.
