Picked up last Friday and all I can say is love it, I’ve already ordered a few bits for it, ie chrome handles, chrome front fogs and rear reflector covers, bonnet protector and soon window deflectors, will be possibly looking into side bars and maybe bigger wheels at some stage, oh and going for a remap for more torque, also fitted HID kit and led interior bulbs :D

You're no doubt going to get told that your hid kit is illegal. Unless you've totally modified the headlight unit.
Plus it will fail an mot with those installed.

The car looks nice I like the colour just waiting for my LED bulbs to arrive for my interior and been toying with an idea to upgrade the boot light to LED strip on each side.
Was going to change headlight bulbs for LED but do not like the idea of changing them back for MOT.

Looks nice , I done my interior lights and what a difference it made . Also fitted a under seat lighting kit (was under a tenner and it's the type that I can change the color but set to orange to match the heater controls) so I get a glow under the first two rows of seats .

I ordered led side lights and regy plate lights , have them in the shed but after lots of reading haven't fitted as it's a no no for the mot ...... tho they would look miles better with the hid lights and safer in my opinion

Believe it or not the top-spec Ignis that has replaced my Qashqai doesn't have a boot light! So I've sourced a motion-sensitive rechargeable LED lighting strip via Amazon.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B074L7BNTB/

It comes with an embedded powerful magnet and a stick-on metal strip. Seems perfectly secure. Recharges via a standard USB socket. Means I can also easily take it out and pop it under the bonnet if I need to.

Hi Trout, yes they did but with having low profile tyres on there was too much gap under the inner arch so I’m either going to put another set of tyres on or consider putting 19-20” Alloys on :D

Hi Greg, yes they are proper hid kits which weren’t cheap hence why I took them off my old car ;)

Hi Bgmick
Have you got a link for the under seated lighting please?
