Just spent three days jazzing up my roof box
Bought a 450l box in grey from halfords and primed it all up
Then spray painted it in pearl white (got the codes from nissan and had it made up)
And it looks amazing matches perfect with my new qashqai
Recommend it to you all with roof boxes
Cost me £80 to do and well worth it pics to follow soon

Danzito - I've always been intrigued by roof boxes - why do they exist and what do people keep in them?

My roof box exists for me to take extra 'stuff ' with me.I only use it for camping trips, all the light stuff goes in the roof box otherwise it would block my view out the rear window. I've got the bikes on the back to do that!

Camping makes sense as does a small trailer but you see some that are up there all the time, that must effect the MPG for starters and probably handling? Reminds of an MG I once had with a case rack. Now that was neat.
