The parking assist helps to reverse park into a space or parallel park, but doesn't stop you kerbing the tyre when pulling up along side the pavement or passing a car turning right as I found out
Has anyone else noted that the park assist leaves you so far away from the kerb that you need to call a cab? I assume its got some alloy protection buffer built in as they know how expensive they are!

Can someone post a photo of a Tekna with 19 inch tyres and one with 17 inch?

AlleyCat wrote: Thu Apr 10, 2014 12:20 pm Didn't order the Tekna but on my test drive i didn't think they were that bad. They were a little harder than the 17's on the Accenta premium i eventually went for but i didn't find them as bad as i expected.I was more worried about the costs of additional tyres and likeliness of kerbing than anything else.I admit my review is based on 2 x 30 minute back to back comparissons but they were both over the same(ish) route. They are certainly not "spine mangling" like the run flats on a few bmw's i've had the (mis)fortune to go in.

Then just imagine how back breaking a qq on 19 ins wheels would be with run flats . Have you ever wondered Why Nissan offers 17 ins wheels as an option on QQ. Because 19s suck Believe me I'v had them 3 years.

As Gel has mentioned we also have had for 3 years 19" Wheels (Dunlop Sport MAXX) and we cannot see what the noise is all about, to us they are comfortable. We have just for example completed a 450 mile trip with no aches and pains and the missus does have a back problem - Dave :)
