Glad you got it sorted in the end!

I took some pictures earlier of the Unlocking settings in my QQ showing the I-Key Door Lock option ticked. It was like that when I bought the car so maybe it's set by the dealer?

Enjoy your QQ!

I think I unticked I-Key lock and ticked selective unlock, on the basis that I just wanted to have the drivers door unlock.
I travel to a rather less than salubrious part of London to watch football on a regular basis.
In the event my fault but thanks to those who have helped.

You can tick both boxes and have the best of both worlds!

You may of already had this issue fixed but it is possible that the passive entry has been disabled in the car settings, its fairly easy to enable it. Settings on your steering wheel is where you need to go to.

Hello, I am an extremely new QQ owner, only a day!
I am interested in your post about unlocking the car with the door button. I was able to do this, and the boot until I altered the settings to the hi-jack setting ( where only the drivers door opens) this has disabled the button comtrol and I have to use the fob. One press for drivers door only, two presses for remainder of the car and boot.
Obviously I would like the best of both worlds but it seems that I have to choose fob or button!
