Qashqai Model: Mk.2 Qashqai - J11 (2013–2017)

Hello to everyone. I bought an aftermarket head unit for my 2014 Nissan Qashqai J11 and I installed it in my car the only problem its i can't find the steering wheel control wire to be able to use the steering wheel buttons. If anyone can help me find the right wires to connect. If attached the only wire diagram that I was able to find. They send the wire harness but its for a Nissan Qashqai J10 I know its for J10 because on the J10 you have the steering wheel control wire on the 20 pin connector but on my J11 i don't have it

what I managed to find out is that the steering wheel control wire's go from the buttons to the combination meter and from the combination meter to the head unit through the AV Comm wires but i don't know how to connect the Key1 wire from the aftermarket unit to the AV Comm wire

Hi i managed to fix the problem. The problem was the wiring harness that came with the aftermarket unit was the wrong one like I suspected from the beginning so I ordered one that's for my car with a Connect2 CANBUS the only thing that I had to modify was to cut the main aftermarket unit connector and attach it to the new wiring harness. Now everything works including the steering wheel buttons. Hope this topic can help others
