Front Camber adjustment

I had my tracking checked, and the garage noted that the camber is out on the passenger side, -1degree 50', they said they cannot adjust the camber. Is this a normal value? or can this be adjusted?

Have you recently had new tyres fitted? do a search on steering wheel alignment - some weird shite going on somewhere
