Nissan struggling to locate problem - any ideas?

Have the exact same symptoms although only in winter.

The moment she goes on snow or ice, there's a juddering sound along with the brake pedal pulsing as though the ABS kicked in at very slow speed.
Going in for a check with the dealer this Friday.

Is this attributed to normal wear and tear or manufacturing defect?
Would like to be prepared in case the warranty claim is denied.
1.5 dCi 360. Ink Blue; Mud Flaps and Internal rubber mats & after market door sill plates.

Hi Threesixty, I don’t think you have the same problem, I think your traction control or ABS is kicking in, or perhaps both when you press on the accelerator then onto the brake in slippery conditions.
This sounds normal to me under the circumstances you describe.

Was this problem ever root caused? A lot of detail online with same / similar issue but nothing as regards solution.

Just a little update - we swapped the tyres over from front to back and no more clunking sound. Have since had new tyres on her last year just due to general wear and still no more clunking sound which is brilliant
