CV Joint - Under warranty?

Looking for some advice. I bought a 2nd hand Qashqai with relatively high mileage (100k) and it came with a 3 month warranty, which I've had to make use to a couple of times now due to (relatively) minor faults.

Now one of my CV Joints needs replacing, it's starting to make a bit of racket! I'm still within my warranty period, would you expect this to be covered under my warranty? Local garage suggests that it probably should as it shouldn't be this far gone in two months.

I'd like to be a bit more forearm before speaking to the garage who sold me the car before I speak with them! I may be proved wrong, but I'm expecting them to say it's generally wear and tear from my use, but surely this would have already been well worn when sold to me?

Any advice gratefully appreciated!

I think you may find they will expect you to pay for its removal and they might cough up for the joint.
100k is a fair old mileage.

You need to check the terms of the warranty and see what's included and what isn't.
