Have done all the usual searches but seem to have drawn a blank.

I know where you jack the car up from the side but where do you jack it up so you can have both REAR wheels of the ground and supported by axle stands?

No info in the owner's manual apart from showing a rear towing point. My car does not have one as I have a tow bar fitted.
Would it be feasible to assume that you use the tow bar as the jacking point?

You would need to jack the car up both sides i'd imagine. Don't jack the car up by the towing part as it's not ment for that 😯

Here's the body structure diagram as attached. Can't see the jack points though. Too much of it is box section so its a bit tricky:

I have that CD manual but it still not clear where you can jack up if you want to use the official jacking point to place an axle stand.

At a guess its going to be 4 points where the garage hydraulic lift engages. Something like aft of the front wheels and fore of the rear wheels, Those points should be reinforced plates/sections for the hydraulic lift arms...I'd say. You need to look in those areas...underneath, The car jack points are likely on the body edge of them?

Still a bit vague though. The arrows in yellow show the official point. Are yo suggesting the area marked in blue?

I want to place an axle stand where the yellow arrows are. Where do I jack up to achieve this?

I used to jack both a BMW and Ford Focus up on such flat plate as your pic. I saw them used by the garage lift at MOT time. If you tap it with a hammer it should be fairly solid and not sound like a hollow box section. I placed a piece of wood there to span the plate section rather than a axle stand pointy thing pushing directly at a single point. Jack it slowly at the edge point and slip the wood under with the axle stand

I suspect that hole is for a lift location pin...production time?

You might pick something up if you read this attached old post along the positions of the Jackingoints, hope it is of some help - Dave 🤨

Here are the Jacking points for the Std Nissan Jack taken from the Nissan QQ Facts. Please remember the information is normally for a Wheel Change and not for Axle Stand Useage. Service Bay Hyd. Lifts as you well know normally lift the whole vehicle that means you most likely need two Hyd. Jacks working together and then placing the Stands - Just thinking aloud 🙄

If you use a Hyd Jack it is safer to use the Rubber Hyd Jack Pad (Slotted). Jack Pads sit on top of your jacks to provide protection and cushion when lifting your car, both to the sensitive areas of the vehicle itself as well as the jack that's doing the heavy lifting. No more damage to pinch welds, paint scratches or metal damage.
