Hi,
Can low profile tyres be replaced with standard tyres?
We have just bought a 68 Tekna, really feeling the road and every bump!

Thanks

Welcome to this forum.

Yes - but you have to change the wheels too. Any Qashqai wheels will fit any other Qashqai so you have plenty of choice.

17" for best comfort of course! Assuming you're not switching to steelies...

The handbook shows relevant tyre sizes to be 215/65R16, 215/60R17, 215/55R18, 225/45R19.

When I bought my Tekna I was wary about this, but was relatively relaxed about it after the test drive. I was switching however from a Fabia vRS which also had a rough ride. And now I have the Suzuki the situation isn't any better to be honest because the wheels being smaller overall delight in dropping into potholes! It depends what you're used to...

Bear in mind it's the roads that are crap not the tyres :D

Larrymac, it might be worth having a read of this old post, Personal preference, Tyre pressures, road quality, Sizes etc....all questionable - Dave 😊
