UPDATE: Seller sent a new one, in the end I got both working. For some reason, it only picked up the update when the engine was off. Not sure if that's how I was supposed to do it all along, but yes - all working now.

The seller got back to me to really quickly and said he is sending out a new one and I don't have to send the other one back, will let you know if it works. Fingers crossed.

2019 (19 Plate) 1.5 Tekna Black
just bought a v6 sd card from ebay. Put it in , didnt come on screen with option to update, just came straight on with the map. When I checked the version, it showed on screen v4. Thought it would have been v5 and still some roads missing that were built around 4 years ago ????? Any ideas please.
