problems,problems!!

well it has been two months since i took possession of my 17 plate Qashqai,since then i have had it back to the car dealer numerous times for dashboard lights coming on,Tyre pressure monitor on same tyre every time which they still have not sorted,fuel filter warning which they replaced the filter so it is sorted,anti collision warning light but is sorted now,lane wondering also sorted! Alas now after several attempts to re-gas the air con they have found a leak of refrigerant from the high pressure pipe where it enters the condenser so is booked in to fit new parts on September 18th,all i hasten to add have been done or are going to be done under dealers warranty,in the heatwave we recently had air, con was sadly missed.
After all this I still love the car,must do because i traded in my one series BMW which never let me down in three years.
I hope the problems have all been ironed out now,unless anybody knows different??...........

The collision/lane fault sounds like either a dirty front bumper or faulty radar sensor behind the bumper...keep it clean really.

The problems we have seen apart from aircon condenser stuff is bad Battery from production....the FIAMM make. Head Unit reboots which was solved by a fairly recent firmware update...think its version D605. Your Map SDcard version should be V5 I believe which provides maps that are about a year old...best it gets.

Good job you got the condensor problem diagnosed and sorted under warranty - it's around £480.

I had a faulty blind spot warning light that loved to come on when it was raining that the dealer couldn't solve.
