reversing sensors when towing

can anybody help ? i have a 2020 qashqai tekna every time i reverse caravan rear sensors sound just wonder if they can be switched off when reversing. towbar fitted when i bought car new.

Welcome to this forum. As far as I recall (not having had a Qashqai equipped with a towbar) the official Nissan kit has an auto disable feature.

I can't remember if you can turn them off in the car system menu. However, the tow bar mod should automatically do that? Do you have documentation for the tow bar installation...what make is it?

There is no info available for that system that I can find. You will need to ask the dealer or a tow bar specialist for assistance. It can be either a dashboard switch or auto disabled when the tow plug is inserted.
