Hey, recently purchased a used 2014 Qashqai Accenture Premium. The DAB radio has terrible signal often cuts out. I found the diagnostic menu today which shows I'm on software D053, I've found several posts on this forum about upgrading to D502 first then to D554. But I'm assuming D053 is very out of date! Where do I get the updates? and can I go straight from D053 to D502? Or should I be going through some other process?

Not 100% certain but if I remember correctly the updates are only available from a Nissan dealer.

Updated to D502 successfully,

1. Had to format a USB to Fat32 and extract the files to the root of the drive.
2. I drove around while it was updating, system powering off mid update could be fatal for the system. Some people say you can just start the battery switch your hazards on and lower the windows. But didn't fancy that on my tiny driveway with everyone watching. So drove around, switched off the auto stop/start probably didn't need to but felt better doing so.
3. Took about 55 minutes to complete
4. Once completed took another 5 minutes to reboot
5. Navigation then prompted for an update, this took another 10 minutes (I did buy an updated SD card for the nav so this might be why).

I've also downloaded D554 so will try this update another day

D605 is the latest update.
