Headlights on no ignition lights at all

So just done a timing belt. Everything good turned engine at crank couple of times as usual two rotations. Went to start car got a click tried again same. Then message turn off engine. Now I have headlights on no ignition lights. Only thing workin is the unlock button on key fob. Immobiliser is flashing on dashboard. I know it's not a battery problem

The J11 engine (ignition) related fuses are as diagram below...may not be 100% correct

Yup battery almost dead now can't even release the handbrake to power up the battery with the other car.
