The strange piece is that the apple car play/iphone/lightning cable does not display the same problems

Can you play mp3 music files from the Android phone via the Anker USB cable and into/through the ICE box? Thats without drop outs at anytime.

My wife brought it in to the dealer who say they have updated the software.
All seems to be good now.

I just checked the software version and it says 0818.
I could update it but I am not going to since it seems to be working :-)

Hello , i could not able to connect my phone to my car via android auto (by usb cable) , my multimedia overall sw version is 1472_200203 and my main software version is 0821
any suggestions?

Only time I had issues I purchased an OEM USB cable from Samsung, bought the shortest one and haven't had connection issues since.
