Connect Bluetooth issue

Hello
I have a 2015 J11 Tekna

I’ve had it just under a year. I regularly have an issue with Bluetooth. My phone can connect and phone calls work, but I cannot stream media. I’ve tried cycling through the Aux options, restarting the unit, turning Bluetooth off and on, all sorts of things. Doesn’t tend to do anything.

Once in a blue moon it works for some reason

Wondering if anybody has any ideas.

Software version is D302 and Hardware 031

Is it worth doing a software update and getting it up to the latest version? Any other suggestions?

Thank you

Have you tried connecting another phone? It might save you a lot of time and effort before starting to update firmware.

Sadly yes... I’ve replaced my phone in the time and tried a couple of others (including an android phone)

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think the latest software version is D605, someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but if not then try updating your software and see what happens.

Cool... thanks. Would be good to get some assurance that D605 is the right version to go for

Yes go to D605,
D605 is comparable with all software that begins with D.

It is not compatible with sw beginning with F

Thanks

Can I go straight to D605? Seen a few people saying you have to go sequentially, but given this is just a full Linux image from what I’ve read, Id suspect it can go straight on there?

Seems to be conflicting opinions

Yes just update to latest software. Takes around 50mins and keep the engine running
