Hi,
I've never had an issue with my 62 plate quashqai but this morning went to use it after it being fine on Friday and something very weird happened.
Obvs turned it on to then start up but then all the dash except the air bag light went out the interior light was like a disco. It was just clicking and that's it when turn key back again, the mileage has reset and the dials are shaking.
First thought was the battery but the radio comes on fine and it's got all its volts. So very weird.
Any ideas would be great so an 'easy' fix before calling out the breakdown as not in a rush as my kids are in isolation at the min so no need for a car.

Not a scenario I recall reading about before - here or anywhere.

Is likely a power problem so the first thing to do is get the battery checked....reliably.

The fact the radio works is meaningless as regards starting and running the car properly.
