Climate control temperature issues

Within J11A diagnostics (Heating and Ventilation Control) and which appears to be the same as J11B there is a temperature adjustment (trim). It needs the dealer to do it with their CONSULT tool. This can incrementally adjust the Aircon Auto Amp by a max of +/- 3 deg C. Increments of +/- 0.5 deg C

DESCRIPTION
If the temperature felt by the customer is different from the air flow temperature controlled by the temperature
setting, the A/C auto amp. control temperature can be adjusted to compensate for the temperature setting.
HOW TO SET With CONSULT
Perform “TEMP SET CORRECT” of HVAC work support item.

This assumes that a whole rats nest of trouble doesn't exist with temperature sensors and internal closed loop control of the Climate Control box actuators etc.
