I recently bought :
NISSAN QASHQAI DIESEL HATCHBACK - 1.5 dCi Acenta Premium 5dr ,Year: 2014

the entertainment system keeps cutting out for about 20 seconds. I 've read from the forum this is a common issue.

The software version on my system is D024. Anyone know where i can get the latest download for this ?

update: just called a service centre and they said it would need a new head unit !!!! Whaaat.

anyone help with this ?

D605 was the last firmware update.

Yes this happened to me.........it got resolved with a software update but also they stored Virgin Radio on preset 1 as part of the fix.

Maybe give that a go?
