Park Assist with Upgraded Stero Unit

Hey Guys.
I am planning on purchasing the Nisaan Qashqai 2018 Pilot one model.
Not impressed with the Infotainement System and would like to upgrade to a Android Auto compatible Unit.
However, would this come at the cost of losing the parking assist feature which requires touch input on screen to fine tune the parking.

Unfortunately I can’t answer your question.
Get a big cup of tea/coffee and look through the various threads about changing the QQ head unit.
Good Luck though, I don’t think this specific question has been raised.

Welcome to this forum.

I found park assist to be redundant on my Tekna - it was so much quicker parking it normally using the 360 cameras.

It works on the Dasaita brand with Canbus-box included. For other brands, I don't know.

I Have a Dasaita fitted in mine bought off amazon contact them if you are unsure which one you need , and it works perfectly the only down side is the one i have there is no button so you have to have it hovering on the screen and press it when you want to bring the cameras up but am working on that, other than that parallel and bay parking works fine
