Looking for some advise on a subject that seemed to effect lots of people in this forum and others but I can't find any new posts or even one that confirms what the problem was?
The radio, cd or what ever you are playing cuts out intermittently, had the problem and then it seemed to go away and now it's back with a vengeance.
I have tried turning of the Rds connections, factory reset to remove all Bluetooth connections, I have read many people saying a software update didn't help, has anyone had this problem fixed ?

I had something similar on my Juke and my first QQ.
Software update completely sorted it out.

If the software update doesn't correct the problem then the headunit is very likely faulty and massively expensive to repair.
Commonly the update corrects it.
