Nissan Connect Apps

I signed up for both you+nissan and also nissan connect and downloaded both apps for my phone. When it pairs (which is unusual) it says in the car on the connect system: "This vehicle is not registered for the current smartphone user. In the nissan connect app, add a vehicle by selecting manage account or consult the owners portal of the nissan website or use demo mode or try again."On my phone I get a similar message: "This vehicle does not have connect services activated. If you are the owner of this vehicle, please activate your subscription on the nissan owners portal."When I try log into nissan connect it tells me my pin is invalid but my password is correct? And when I go into you+nissan the car is there so how do i activate the services? It's bugging me and would like to figure it out.Cheers!
