Fog lights

Hi allme again....have looked in the manual and it advises you need to take your car to a nissan dealership to get fog lights replaced...i wanted a more white light for these and so was wondering if anyone knew how to do it themself.is there bolts underneath the car / or threw wheel arch that i can get to...or do i actually have to take it to a garage and pay scandalous amounts to get it changed.sometimes you take it to garages and they dont seem to have a clue too...took my jag to get main light replaced at ATS and the chap didnt know how to get to it.lol
