FM reception non existent

Hi people my first post and first experience of a Qashqai
Long story short the radio receives one station only, I have changed the aerial and checked the connection on the back of the head unit, no difference
Is there a signal amplifier that could have failed
Any suggestions?
Oh it's a 2016 1.2 Acenta so no dab, well actually no anything really, any help would be appreciated

Have you checked the antenna on the roof to see if its become loose as it just screws on

Yeah I fitted a new aerial thinking that might fix it but no joy, also checked the connection into the head unit

How do I reset the unit, sorry I'm new to the qashqai

Have you got a rearview dashcam installed? The power to these can affect radio signals as the cameras power cable travels near the aerial.
If you have one fitted you may need a toroid magnet fitted. This stops electromagnetic noise affecting the signal to the aerial.

No it's the basic Acenta model no cameras just a basic stereo

No I haven't do you know how I can reset the unit, it's just the basic radio/cd version
