Nissan Connect App crashing

You will need to be connected to a data plan on your phone as Nissan Connect requires a connection to download the information you ask it to find. I suppose if you are parked near a free wi-fi point and your phone picked this up it may allow access, but I am not sure of this as I have never tried it.I have also found it can be painfully slow if only picking up a 3G or E signal, but H and H+ seems fine.

It has been working again today since logging out then back in again on the phone
