This stop start is a load of crap anyway so anybody sorted out how to stop it working without having to push the switch every time....

Tekna CVT 1.6 Magnetic Red - born 4/4/14 P/X 25/10/2015 for £19k with 12,000 on the clock - great car but time to change. No problems whatsoever in those 18 month's.

Well I have a relay with a time delay and was thinking of fitting this to switch it off say 10 sec after starting ...will see what the others come up with.
My 2015 Tekna Stop Start fault has also just come on and remained on for a few days now. Putting it into dealership for diagnostic next week. I hope they can also tell me why both keyfobs are failing to be recognised to start engine even with new batteries fitted.
Had to also have new alternator fitted recently as original was only sending 11 volts instead of normal 14 plus volts to charge battery. I long for my original 2007 Qashqai which was faultless in comparison to this 2nd generation model. I won't be buying a Nissan again.
