Well it looks like I may have sorted this issue.
The boot catch on the 2015 model has two buttons one to undo the catch and a smaller one that I think let’s you open the boot if you have the key on you.
The small button is just a flimsy micro switch inside and I think this was triggering with the vibration/ movement of the car causing the annoying bleeps.
My solution.
Remove the inner plastic of the boot lid (two pull out clips and one screw in the handle plus lots of pulling and unclipping.
Find the wire that feeds the boot switch. Cut the yellow wire only and tape the ends.
No more bleeps and no obvious inconvieiance so far.
Hope this helps someone out there.

Ok so it wasn’t the boot catch. The noise returned. I did locate the beeper though. It sits under the left headlight looking towards the front of the car. (Remove head light bit tricky) unplug the stupid little bleeper. No more bleeps no alarms on dash all other bleeps for parking and such all work fine.
I may never know what this bleeper is and what it did but it cant bleep randomly from a box in my garage 🤬🤬🤬

Does that "bleeper" look anything like an approx 2.5inch dia car horn...flat thick-ish disc really

I'm guessing that thats the beeper that sounds off if you get out of the car leaving the engine running....for one? Most any other sound is the screaming alarm siren if the boot is released incorrectly or the internal sonar sensors kick off.

I can't find it in the J11 security docs though.

Further document digging reveals its likely this - INTELLIGENT KEY WARNING BUZZER

Think it indicates your key fob is adrift somehow...plus who knows what else. Reading required...

See page DLK - 198 of attached: (document may not be 100% accurate)

Not very intelligent if the blooming thing goes off randomly when driving even with new batteries in the fob 😂. Better off in a box in the garage. Wish I’d brought a Duster
Cheers
