My new QQ A Premium has a sd card in it that says for use in Nissan connect, my mate has a Nissan leaf but his sd card says only for use in Nissan connect2???

I would've said your QQ Premium carries the all new connect (which I think is the latest Jukes as well)
The original connect was in the previous face lifted QQ.
From what I'm reading in your post it looks like you may have the connect version of SD and it seems as if there is a Connect 2 card available?
