TOKEN EXPIRED

Hi all don't know if anyone can help but i am trying to sign in to nissan connect at first it says email or password is wrong so i am trying to change password and it comes up with Token Expired any help would be appreciated thanks in advanced

Sounds like your complimentary 2 years subscription has expired. I wonder how you renew and how much it is.

Hi thanks for that but i don't think its that because its not 2 years until July

With the current state of Connect2 (3?), I can't see my self paying for the subscription once the complimentary period expires.
I had a quick look at the link that Dave posted and I'd forgotten how "optimistic" the sell was compared to the reality we're experiencing. It really hasn't moved forward in the last year and a bit has it?

A few of us are having this problem at the moment, looks like a glitch. I have contacted Nissan and await a answer.

I actually read in the German Forum that the subscription has been renewed for free!
This is no surprise of course since this system offered nothing practically usable to justify for a fee!

Yep did it for me went to subscribe expecting to pay it went away then came back extended until 2018 free
