I've got a couple of E-Prance cameras. Not sure if you can still get them from Amazon as the ones on there now seem to be used and not new???????

Have a Motorola MDC100 from Ag'ros! £50 and a good buy. Plenty of cable, solid mount and full 1080FHD. Just add the SD of your choice. Just ensure its Class 6 and above, to cope with the data-rate required. But, as usual, it's horses for courses.

I have Transcend dashcams front and rear from Currys. Basic model and was about £50 a year or two ago. I didn't want an expensive one in case thieves decided to break in for them. I blackened any brightwork on them to make them less obvious. I have recorded numerous incidents and feel reassured that they are there 'just in case' they are needed as evidence. I have noticed lots of times how 'tailgaters' back off when they suddenly realise that they are being recorded on video.

I fitted mine a few years ago but wired it directly to the fuse box so it only comes on when I start up through an electrical reducer. I can't remember what the reducer is called. I bought it off eBay and it was really cheap. Any egg heads out there that can enlighten me on what it's called. Thanks

I chose a Nextbase 412GW as it has a magnetic mount, you just grab the dash cam and it comes away without having to unplug or detach anything. It also does well in reviews although it is about twice the price at £100+, depending on where you see it.

I've a Autobot Eye for quite some while now and I'm really happy about it!
I've opted for this model as I don't like those dashcams that take up a lot of space on the windscreen but I still wanted to be able to look back directly if needed.
