heated front windscreen

So i took my 2 week old QQ to get the problem with the front windscreen not working, the problem was that no relay was fitted at the factory still not fixed as none in stock so had to ordered next day delivery.hope its still cold when they do fix it as i wont know untill the end of the year.also got my mud flaps fitted that didint happen before delivery so im half happy

i did ask if they could take one out of a car as the new relay would be here today they said no which i knew they would but makes you think is that what happened to mine,dont think my relay arrived today as no phone call to rebook it in

I am taking my new 2016 Tekna in this Thursday heated front screen does not work. Switch lights up but does not defrost
