jd990m1, would you be good enough to post how this assembly goes as I am sure there are a lot of members interested in a modification of this type. What was of concern before was the comment of the "Opening Height" reduction (constant Headaches ) - Thanks in Advance Dave

Do you have a link to the new instruction or is it the same PDF which was supplied earlier?

Have you seen " TL 105-5829.pdf " that I have attached in earlier post ?

Thanks a lot. In fact, this is the "old" instruction which was supplied on request. I was hoping
that they had produced a YouTube video like what you see with other cars.

I picked my new J11B up yesterday (a really nice car and a mayor upgrade from J11). I asked my dealer if it was possible, to fit the X-Trail power tailgate in the new Qashqai. They had already checked this, as many was asking after a power tailgate for the Qashqai. Unfortunately, the X-Trail kit, can't fit in the Qashqai because of lack of space.

But maybe they haven't checked with the new X-Trail facelift.

The dealer told me, that If I chose to install a Kit from a third part supplier, I'll can get trouble with my warranty.
