Any electrician in London that can fix an instrument cluster digital screen in the middle or replace it? The screen is not working.

NIssan gave me a quote of £1000 to get this fixed and that seems like like an exaggeration.

Any advice is much appreciated.
Thank you

Got to assume the QQ is similar:

How much of total are the parts?; may well be repairable, but Nissan wouldn't attempt any soldering.

They want me to remove the unit and send it to them, which I cant do.

I won't let any mechanic put their hands in this as it might corrupt the electronics. I need a car electrician that can remove it and either fix it or replace it.

Thanks anyway man!

You could try reaching out to local independent electricians or auto repair shops in London. Sometimes, they can provide more cost-effective solutions than the dealership. Make sure to get a few quotes to compare prices. If you're interested in becoming more knowledgeable about electrical systems, you might want to check out some info on electrician classes. They can provide valuable insights into electrical repairs and maintenance, which could come in handy in the future.
