Just a quick couple of questions!!
I have a Qashqai Tekna 2016 model. Is it possible to change the sat nav voice or is it just one standard voice??
Also, can you make voice activated calls or hear/read sms messages in this model?

Yes you can get the car to read out SMS & emails. There is an android app alled "Enhanced SMS & Caller ID+"that does this.
