What version is your connect software at the moment. The download file is posted in the thread a quite a few pages back. Thanks everybody I'll follow your advice and let you know. Also I live in Manchester and still affected by this. I've heard its something to do with a DAB transmitter down south

Hello!
I have a juke 2013 and upgraded the cassette with a touch with NAV cassette of juke 2018 imported from Europe, the software installed on it was D555 with Hardware 037,
i faced a problem in the beginning that a message appears on the screen says:
SECURE-System is locked
Green
please contact your dealer,
the thing is that after pressing on the setup bottom the cassette works fine for an hour or something and then it stops completely and stick on that message i mentioned above.
i read all the discussions here and i followed the instructions in updating the firmware version to D604 as i was hoping to solve this issue, it updated smoothly without any errors, but still having the same message appears after system verifying initializing message
i am not interested in the navigation as i am living in Egypt right now not in Europe,
i am thinking to repeat the update process again but this time without the NAV SD card inside.
any leads on how to fix that and prevent the freezing message mood???????????
