I guess that might solve the prob, but i try to avoid it.
In case you a follow a wrong procedure, does it show any warning messages?
I mean if i drive and the update needs a stationary car, will it show me not to move the car or not?

I tried with car stationed, for less time than the 3 hours, but still no change.

If you have a stick in the USB port, remove it. I had this problem when I first got the car. I thought that I had broken it. Try explaining it to the wife.

Yes you can update straight to d605 no problem

Is the D605 made only for UK, or can be used in the rest of Europe for left handed drive cars without any problems?

Yes you can update straight to d605 no problem

I would say its fine for europe too. I'm sure it will say if not compatible when your installing. Doubt nissan would make that many diffrent firmware versions worldwide

Think you must have a newer QQ and updates are done over wifi if i'm correct.

Car don't need to be stationary for updateing via usb nice 50min drive around just don't let start/stop come on. So keep the engine running until done.

I see, so that means that the fault where the update doesn't start is still valid. I tried many times, stationed and driving.

Hi. I'm totally new to forums. I've just bought a Nissan x trail 2016. 1.6 tekna.
The radio keeps rebooting and also going silent . Usb/cd/radio. Which ever I'm listening to.
So I wanna try this d605 update. Please help. How do I download the update and then install. I've searched this forum but can't find the file. Also how big is it . Thanks so much.

The update should be free from your Nissan dealer.
I might be wrong, but not sure it’s available other than from Nissan
