Thank you for your answer.

Will there be an update?
Is it possible to activate voice commands because they are disabled?

Hi,

I also got the error message that says "please use NissanConnect software download image only", any idea why? My stick USB is formatted Fat32 and I had the same folder structure in it as per the photo earlier in this thread and followed the instructions as per the guide. This message pops up almost immediately after hitting the update button.

Regards
Nick

If you want to update the firwarm whilst driving, the hazard lights have to be on?

No need, engine needs to be on and must not be turned off. Switch S/S off!!!!

Thanks for the quick reply. Still unsure at which step i can start the motor, turn off hazard lights and drive...

1. Unzip file to blank USB stick.
2 For IKey vehicles press the start/stop button once to enter "Ignition On" mode. Lower the drivers window to the down position. Press the hazard light switch to "ON" position and ensure the hazard lights are activated.
3. Insert the USB memory stick
4. Press and hold the "Setup" button and then turn the "Enter" button a half turn anticlockwise, then a half turn clockwise, then a half turn anticlockwise. The service menu will then appear. Release the "Setup"
5. Press the "Version" button on the screen.
6. Press the 'Update System Software' button. ' Press 'OK'.
7. will state 'Download Media Found'. Press the 'Update' button on the Nissan Connect screen.
8. After a 5 minute period, the screen will become active and a "Reading Medium" message will appear.
9. After the reprogramming update has finished a message will appear stating "Please remove USB Stick. System is shutting down". Remove
the stick. The screen may remain on this screen for up to 5 minutes. This is normal DO NOT alter the ignition position.
10. Press the "Accept" button. The reprogramming operation is now complete.
