With J11 non facelift its possible to install a firmware to have apple carplay on our car?

I find on youtube this video with the same NissanConnect unit, look the same.

US market has different units (HW). No idea why Nissan does not provide this for EU market...

I think they want to sell that overpriced map SD card without speedcam etc.

Actual NissanConnect is crap, unusefull.

yes it should be compatible, but I cannot guarantee this. Also that you are aware, US units are equipped with Sirius-XM receiver but absent DAB radio receiver. You won't have any benefit of Sirius-XM receiver due to lack of signal coverage.
