If you disable DAB with Nissan Consult III plus and no restarts occur, then you don't need the update.

If anyone could get the files for D605, I'd really appreciate it. I'm not in the UK so I don't have the option of going to a dealership there for the update.

Found this thread when wonderign why our QQ kept flipping from DAB to FM on a trek down south last week.. looks like I have D302 installed on my Connect unit.

Can I go straight to D554 if I acquire the files or even if D605 is around or is D605 dealer only ?

Already been in for an AC compressor replacement, then back as they'd forgotten to service it prior to sale so got a major service done for free (as well as giving them the chance to reconnect the front camera they forgot about when in for the AC) - does the Nissan warranty cover head unit code updates?

D605 is free if you insist on fixing restart issues on NC. Yes, you can skip dated versions and update to the latest one.

thanks - I'll go for D554 for now as the HU just needs updating to supported release.. If it then starts mucking up with reboots then I'll ask them to take it to D605 at the Dealers.

I'm used to doing code updates on IBM servers and storage so was wondering about code level hops as sometimes you can't just do a single stage pass.

I see, however in this case the update is a “full package” that has all that NC need.

D605 firmware checksum checked and it is O.K.
