I did read somewhere on here that D554 did not fix the problem. It's booked in for the 18th so will see if this actually fixes this annoying fault and what the new software revision is.
HI you need to have new software D605 installed to resolve the problem Contact your local Nissan Dealer and book your QQ in they are aware of the Problem and update is F.O.C had mine done about 3 months ago and had no further Issues :D :D

First time having QQ 2018
I can't connect nissan connect app. No pairing code on screen. Maybe some software update fixes that?

Hi daril may I ask if your car was still under warranty when you got the free upgrade I’m having same problem with my QQ and just got in touch with my local dealer they want £65 to just look at the car before even trying to update the firmware

You can do by yourself this update.

Read all the post and you find the answer and fix for your problem.

P.S: the dealer should fix for free. (Call at Nissan Voice Call in your country and ask them to send you to a dealer to fix your problem for free and they booking you at the dealer in you location, press them to fix problem). Have a good day!

I’m just waiting to hear back from my local Nissan dealer if no luck will push Nissan for free update not done anything like it before so don’t want to make matters worse .thankyou

Just been in today for the FREE upgrade to D605. Hopefully that will cure the problem.

Sorry not been on for a while. No my car was not under warranty. Nissan head office told me to contact my local dealer for upgrade. Called them (Smiths of Peterborough) . Dealer said it would be free and needed car for 2hrs. Upgraded to D605. Been perfect now for 4 weeks. No resetting itself and no fading out of DAB signal. Happy days.

My car was done a few weeks back and they valeted it and upgraded my sat nav for free as well... No more reseting so far and ipod, cd and usb no longer pausing for 20 seconds at a time!

I am changing my car in December and want to delete all my information from the Sat Nav before I hand it back, can I use the hidden menu to do a Factory Reset and will this delete all my information, stored addresses etc ?



The hidden menu is accessed as follows:

Whilst on Audio display, press and hold the Menu button whilst turning the OK control knob left and right over and over.
