I have a 15 plate 1.2 dig-t
The problem I have is it seems the touch screen is out of sink.
Can’t change audio, can’t set up sat nav for a route also can’t make a call. All using the touch screen.
I was wondering could this be a firmware fault or is it something more serious.

Hardware issue

Hi everyone.

Had some problem. I have done updates for maps and software, afte r that noticed that navigation can't use anymore. Even maps data disappeared from info page. All buttons for navigation not react, just ignore press. If chose navigation or press map button, it say navigation starting up.... and nothing happens next hours. See photos. Any idea how to recover navigation?

additinaly on above, does somebody knows how to instal/update using downloaded file from bosch server. https://oss.bosch-cm.com/nissan_content.html
My targer is one of that SW-Version: 1466_191107, ID: X818 or SW-Version: 1475_200522, ID: X822

I picked up a new 70 plate QQ last Friday and did all the firmware updates (sft version 0821 installed) but since then the dab signal is poor has it keeps dropping station signals.

What is the best option ???

I've recently updated my 70 plate QQ to software version 0821 and I've had no problems at all. Have you tried retuning the DAB stations?

Yes and factory reset x2 but still same, and when they disappear i have clicked on refresh but still the same.
on our other QQ 66 plate we have no problem at all with the dab station

Does any knows maybe when the next update if the software navigation comes?
Nissan is really keeping it a secret with this updates...i have now the 0821 version but I saw on bosh website , bosh open source software with the version 0822, and I'm wondering when can we update to this new version.
And I also don't understand why Nissan is keeping us so in the dark with the updates.

I doubt you'll find anyone who knows floopy, we all have to just sit and wait until they publish an update. The latest maps have been released in the last few days\weeks though.

It's frustrating to wait for an update, hope the new update comes soon and fixes my problem with Android auto ( the music keeps on cutting of from time to time and it only happens with Android auto,no problems with apple car play but my wife is with the iPhone, me with the Android.
